History of "Topan" LLP begins in 1999. All this time we steadily go forward constantly, expanding our capabilities for clients and offering them the highest quality and innovative services and products.
1999 - beginning of the "Topan" LLP, which at that time was company of trade and supply, has no specific activities, settling down in a rented office space
2000 - the first deliveries of technical chemistry, later industrial chemistry, which subsequently had a key influence on the formation of the company's activities
2001 – supplies component parts for laboratory equipment
2002 – supplies of chemical reagents, laboratory furniture and utensils
2003 - contract for maintenance of all laboratories of KazTransOil for the period 2003 – 2011
2004 - signed a five-year contract with the Kazakh branch of the «Nalco LTD» for the supply of caustic soda solution for KPO b.v. Obtained a license for the carriage of dangerous goods and the license to carry passengers
2005 –
- purchased and renovated facility at the address Ruzheinikova, 11, consisting of administration building, production halls, warehouses and railway siding. On the basis of existing production facilities created shop ¹1 for the production of technological solutions
- official representatives of the manufacturers of analytical equipment companies GC "Lumex" and CJSC SCB "Chromatec"
- obtained a license for the repair of measuring instruments and pharmaceutical activities
- rented a warehouse of Zhelaevo station to store the technical chemistry
2006 – contract for equipping the laboratories of JSC "Pavlodar Petrochemical Plant"
2007 –
- commissioned shop ¹ 2 for the preparation of process solutions, located in the Tungush village, Burlin district
- recognized as representatives of Europe's largest manufacturer of chemical reagents Sigma Aldrich and manufacturer of laboratory equipment Wenk LabTech in Kazakhstan
- obtained a license to design, manufacture and repair of oilfield equipment
Implemented and certified quality management system that meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2000
2008 –
- occurred a separation of activities by department, formed by the following departments: sales of laboratory equipment, chemical sales, logistics department and service department of laboratory equipment
- obtained a license to provide services in the field of nuclear energy, repair and manufacturing of boilers and piping to carry out the work in the field of construction activities
2009 - opened a representative office in Aktau. The company became an official distributor of the world manufacturer of flow meters and analyzers, GE Sensing with famous brands Panametrics and Rheonik
Obtained certificates of compliance with standards of ISO14001: 2004 and OHSAS18001: 2007
2010 –
- in the structure of the company allocated sector of metrology and accredited as a calibration laboratory by the standard ST RK ÌÝÊ/ISO:17025:2007
- recognized as an official representative in Kazakhstan of the company's production systems of environmental monitoring of air Enviro Technologies as well as the manufacturer of analytical equipment for oil and petroleum products of Eralitics and of company with chromatographic equipment SRA Instruments
2011-
- contract with Agip KCO for the supply of equipment, spare parts, consumables including installation and maintenance of chemical laboratories and contract for supply services and operations with chemical reagent in the UKPNiG ground complex
- opened a representative office in Atyrau
- recognized as an official representative of the Company SKB "Termopribor”
- recognized as an official representative of the exclusive manufacturer of laboratory equipment PAC
- obtained a license for storage of pesticides
